Braised Radishes
¾ cup chicken broth
1 T butter
1 bunch radishes, halved, stems removed. leaves chopped & reserved
Salt and freshly ground pepper
In a large skillet, bring the chicken broth and butter to a boil. Reduce heat, add the radishes and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are tender-crisp and liquid has thickened slightly. Add reserved radish leaves, stir and cook just until wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.

I am excited to try this, I have never thought of eating radishes other than on a relish tray. I think it would be helpful also to list the nutritious value in the radishes, too.
